| Down and Derby' is a comedy about a small-town Pinewood Derby competition that transforms an average group of dads into an awkward bunch of competitors. In the crazed world of derby fever, kids are lucky if they get to pick the paint color or attach a decal. As the dads teeter on the edge of insanity, they ignore their wives, families and jobs with extreme consequences. Meanwhile, the kids scheme their revenge and vow never to be underestimated again.

| Nick Marshall, a high-flying, chauvinistic Chicago advertising executive, who, like his musical idol, Frank Sinatra, calls women "baby" and believes he has the world on a string. | When best friends Lloyd Christmas and Harry Dunne both get fired, Lloyd convinces Harry to travel to Colorado to search for his dream woman, Mary Swanson.
